An inflatable aquapark is back on the water for families to enjoy during the school holidays.
St Andrew's Lakes, known as the Blue Lake, in Halling, near Strood, has re-opened its family attraction which includes an obstacle course for adults and older children, and a new smaller course for younger children.
Visitors to the main park will start their adventure with a 20 metre swim out to the inflatables before clambering on board to slip and slide over a series of obstacles.
This course is for those aged from seven years and more than 122cm in height.
A 50-minute session costs £25 per person.
The new child-friendly aquapark, which opened yesterday, is for children aged two to six years old. From June 1 it will contain 11cm splash depth of water – but until then it will not contain any water to make it warmer for kids to enjoy.
The course has built in slides, rope features and obstacles, all designed for little ones.
Each session is 40 minutes long and costs £12 per child. Each child ticket admits one supervising adult to the site free of charge.
The aquaparks are open every throughout school holidays.
Buoyancy aids are supplied free of charge and must be worn at all times. Wetsuits, which are optional, are available to rent on site and until May 26 will be free of charge.
St Andrew's Lakes also offers kayak, canoe and paddleboard hire, sailing lessons, open water swimming and a lakeside beach.
On Easter Sunday the park is hosting an egg hunt for those who bring their own equipment. Participants can paddle around the lake to find hidden little eggs and then exchange them for a larger chocolate treat.
There are sessions at 9.30 and 11am. Tickets are £15 per person.
