A car ended up on its roof after a collision with another vehicle.

The Strood side of Cooling Road, heading north, was closed while one of vehicles was recovered.

A female and a male driver were involved in the crash and sustained injuries, though they are not believed to be serious.

A police spokesman said: "We were called at 12.41pm to a report that a car was on its roof following a two vehicle RTC on Cooling Road. A small road closure is in place."

Firefirefighters also attended, but neither driver was trapped in their car so the crews left at 1pm.
