Police are looking for the driver of a car that smashed through a fence and damaged park cars.
Officers were called to Manor Lane, Borstal, near Rochester, at 8.42pm yesterday.
A grey car was pictured on the kerb having ploughed through a wooden fence.
One eyewitness claimed two men were in the car as it sped around the top of the road, hitting another car.
They then allegedly jumped out, letting the car roll down the hill and into the fence, before running off.
