Officers were called at 2.20am to the fire at the property in the High Street on September 15.

Detectives today issued a CCTV image of a man they want to question in connection with the incident who they say "may have important information".

Police spokesman Jo Pattison said: "Anyone who thinks they recognise the person in the image, or who has information that may assist the investigation, is asked to call Kent Police."
