CCTV images released in Gillingham murder investigation after Anthony Eastwood stabbed to death

New CCTV images have been released by detectives investigating the murder of a 35-year-old man.

Stab victim Anthony Eastwood was killed in Fox Street, Gillingham after a suspected argument with another man on Friday.

Police want to locate this man

Police have now issued fresh images of a man they want to locate in connection with the murder.

Anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV images should get in touch with the force as soon as possible.

Officers, who have launched a murder investigation, recovered a knife on Saturday following the stabbing in an alleyway near The Monarch pub.

Detectives would also like to hear from anyone who has recorded dashcam footage from a range of streets between 12.30pm and 1.30pm on Friday.

They are seeking footage from these following roads: High Street, Jeffery Street, King Street, Balmoral Road, Railway Street, Marlborough Road, Lock Street, Britton Street, Skinner Street, Fox Street.

Footage can be uploaded directly to the Kent Police section of the Major Incident Public Reporting Site here.

Original CCTV images were released by police on Saturday.

Anyone who recognises the man in the images, witnessed the incident, or saw or heard two men arguing is urged to call 101 quoting reference 20-0860.

Alternatively call the independent charity Crimestoppers in Kent anonymously on 0800 555111 or via the online form at www.crimestoppers-uk.org.
