Here's how you can show your support for workers at the Medway NHS Foundation Trust.

The trust is urging people to "become a real-life superhero" by helping to raise money for charity by running 5km or 10km this Sunday.

You can help NHS workers at Medway Maritime Hospital by donating to charity

The only rules for completing the challenge are to stick to government guidelines – which means you can do it in your own garden, living room or even bedroom if you wanted to.

Once you've completed the distance you're asked to donate online the amount you covered – e.g. 5km = five pounds.

People who successfully complete the challenge will receive a medal in the post.

All money raised will support the patients and staff at Medway Maritime Hospital.

More details can be found online here.
