A councillor has highlighted the problem of racist graffiti after tweeting a de-faced poster.
Someone has scrawled "no bacon allowed" on a Tunisian holidays poster, between Delce Way and Star Hill in Rochester.
Ward Councillor Alex Paterson (Lab) tweeted the image to call out the vandal.
He said: "It's not very nice and I think it's important that we call people out on it.
"Medway is somewhere that has had close brushes with far right groups in the past.
"It is easy for people to dismiss this as a joke but it's not and it can upset people who live in our community.
"I am very glad that the local churches synagogues and mosques all show a united front against this.
"I will continue to call out this type of abuse until it stops."
Primesight, the group who put up the billboards have said they will get it reposted as soon as possible.
