Two GP surgeries have been closed after staff members tested positive for Covid-19.
The Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group has confirmed Malvern Road Surgery and Railside Surgery, both in Gillingham, are shut.
It is understood patients were first told of the problems on Monday.
A spokesman said: "GP services are temporarily unavailable due to staff sickness and the need for other members of staff to self-isolate, in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines.
"The CCG has worked closely with the practice to put in place emergency temporary arrangements.
"Appointments are available for patients who need them as usual in alternative locations close by.
"The CCG and practice are working hard to inform patients of the short term temporary arrangements and to re-open both premises as soon as possible."
