Bunger is accused of failing to stop for officers before later pulling over and then allegedly refusing to give a breath specimen for analysis.

The 44-year-old has also been charged with driving without insurance and driving while disqualified.

He will also appear before magistrates accused of possessing cannabis following the incident on Saturday night.
