Dynamos ease to double win

Invicta Dynamos go into next Sunday’s home game with Bracknell on a two-month unbeaten streak after brushing aside Milton Keynes Thunder over the weekend.

Saturday’s four point game from Andy Smith and Milan Kostolny’s Sunday night

hat-trick helped Kevin Parrish’s side to 6-0 and 7-0 wins in ENIHL South 1.

A.J Smith, Jamie Dancey, Andy Smith (2), Martin Melichercik and Karl Lennon were on target at Planet Ice during Saturday’s opening demolition, as Joe White secured his, and Invicta’s, first shut-out of the season.

This was replicated on Sunday at the Ice Bowl as the home side ran riot over their under-strength visitors.

Milan Kostolny opened his account after 35 seconds but the early score didn’t immediately start a Thunder collapse.

That happened during a 10-minute spell in the second period when Anthony Leone, Jack Tarczycki, Kostolny and Melichercik hit the net to all but finish the contest.

Andy Smith and Kostolny rounded off the scoring in the third period.
