A sexual predator has struck up to 20 times in the last few months.
Police have released a computer-generated image of the man in a bid to find him.
The serial flasher is reported to have exposed his genitals and on occasion, sexually touched women.
All of the incidents have taken place in the area surrounding Rainham train station and around the Barnsole Road and Canterbury Street area of Gillingham.
Police are looking at around 20 incidents since September, the latest being on April 26.
The offences have typically occurred between 7pm and 3am.
Most witnesses have described the offender as being in his 20s or 30s and of Eastern European or Asian appearance.
He is around 5ft 5in, of medium build, and is often wearing a camouflaged or dark coloured hoodie with tracksuit bottoms.
Detective Constable Nicola Lincoln, investigating officer, said: ‘There are recurring themes across these reports and we believe they are linked to this one offender.
"We have already carried out numerous enquiries, including analysing CCTV and taking forensic samples, and are now in a position to issue a computer-generated image that has been created with the assistance of a victim.
