Kent Fire and Rescue Service were called to a fire in a plant room in an industrial building in Courteney Road, Gillingham.

Rochester and Strood fire stations reported to the scene after receiving a call at 2.45pm, and were there over an hour alongside an on-site fire team.

The crews used two hose reels and breathing apparatus to tackle the blaze, the cause of which is unknown.
