Heavy traffic has been reported on the A229 following a crash this afternoon.

Two cars were involved in a collision on the westbound carriageway of the A229 link between the M2 Junction 3 and the Lord Lees Roundabout at Blue Bell Hill.

The carriageway was partially blocked and the accident was said to be affecting traffic approaching Blue Bell Hill.
