Holcombe men's 1sts smashed eight goals past Ipswich as they marched through to the third round of the EHA National Cup on Sunday.
The home side were 3-0 ahead at the break and made a tiring Suffolk side pay with five second half goals, though the visitors netted a consolation in an 8-1 defeat.
David Mathews (pictured) ensured a draw for the men in their Men's Conference East game at Harleston Magpies on Saturday.
The Norfolk side took the lead through Ben Gowing after 38 minutes but Holcs were level within four minutes when Mathews converted a penalty stroke.
The point kept Holcs fourth in the table with four points from three games.
