Holcombe were unable to find the net against lowly Bromley & Beckenham on Saturday in a game to forget at home.

The Men’s Conference East game ended goalless despite the visitors being reduced to nine men by the end of proceedings.

Holcombe had an early scare and were grateful to goalie Diccon Stubbings for keeping the scores level after making a great save.

Holcombe were unable to make their extra numbers count in the second half as Bromley went two players down, leaving the even further behind the leaders.
