Hooded man steals parcels from home in St Williams Way, Rochester

A hooded man with “dried blood” on his face has allegedly stolen parcels from inside a house.

A man was reported to have entered a front porch of a home where he stole two parcels before he left.

The suspect is described as a 20 to 30-year-old white male.

He had a black jacket on with the hood up, dried blood around his mouth and an unlit cigarette in it.

Following house to house and CCTV enquiries, officers are now appealing for witnesses to the alleged incident whuch happened at around 2.15pm on Monday, May 22..
