A housing association is believed to have served an eviction notice - on a horse in a communal garden at a block of flats.

The horse is thought to be roaming outside the block of flats in Margate Close, Gillingham.

A notice has now been put up outside on railings by Riverside Housing Association.

It is believed to be seeking the removal of the horse.
