Invicta Dynamos coach Kevin Parrish keen not to disrupt squad with new arrivals

Invicta Dynamos head coach Kevin Parrish says he will learn the lesson of the last close-season and not make too many changes to his squad.
Mos ended the season empty-handed for the first time in almost a decade and Parrish believes it may have had something to do with the number of comings-and-goings last summer.
He said: "We probably brought in too many new faces last year and it upset the balance a little bit. I won’t be doing the same this year.
"There won’t be too many changes, we’ll try to keep it minimal. We’re looking at three or four, maybe maximum five, new faces.
"It’s going well so far. I have got straight in there and started talking to people, getting into their faces and trying to talk guys into coming here.
"There are a couple at Chelmsford that I’m looking at, a couple at Romford, a couple at the Isle of Wight and a couple of others."
Meanwhile, Parrish was thrilled to have re-signed the club’s all-time highest points scorer, Andy Smith, the club’s reigning forward of the year, as well as fans’ favourite Corey Watkins.
Parrish said: "It’s a good start for us, I’m glad to have got them signed on so early.
"There is a lot of talk at the moment and lots of teams trying to tie-up all the top guys, so I’m glad we managed to stop them coming in for ours."
