Invicta Dynamos coach Kevin Parrish wants his side to forget individual glory and focus on developing a successful team game if they are to salvage their season.

Following the club's first home defeat since March 2009, a 5-2 loss to ENIHL Division 1 South leaders Wightlink Raiders at Gillingham Silver Blades last Sunday, Mos face basement-boys Swindon Wildcats this weekend.

Parrish said ahead of Sunday's game: "We have got to get a winning run going. We want to finish as high as we can, second wouldn’t be good but it would give us a bit of an easier game in the play-offs than finishing third or fourth."

He added: "Swindon are on a bit of a high after a couple of better results and they are not going to roll over for us.

"I don’t care whether we win 1-0 or 10-0 so long as we play as a unit. If I see any more individuality, then I’ll have to do the only thing I can do and take their ice-time away."
