Invicta Dynamos Kevin Parrish backs Invicta Dynamos netminder Andrew Dickson

Invicta Dynamos coach Kevin Parrish has backed under-fire netminder Andrew Dickson.
The Mos recorded their biggest win of the season on Sunday, beating Swindon ENL Wildcats 17-6, but the goals against left Parrish unhappy.
Dickson has been guarding the Mos net in the absence of No.1 stopper Andy Moffat, who is out with a back injury.
Parrish worked Dickson hard on the ice following Sunday’s win and is happy to give the player a chance to prove the doubters wrong.
The Mos coach (pictured) said: "We had a little chat (with the team) and there were some things that went wrong. One person who came under fire from the fans was Dickson.
"He’s young and he hasn’t had much ice time and maybe his confidence is low. He was hung out to dry a few times and I wasn’t very happy.
"I spent a whole hour with him in practice and got our shooters to pepper shots at him. He realises where he’s made mistakes and that’s good. He knew he let in a few he shouldn’t and he just wants to get better.
"We’ve got games coming up against MK and Swindon and he could be starting those games. He can prove to himself, myself and the fans that he’s got it."
The Mos are without a game for two weeks but the Mustangs face unbeaten Basingstoke Buffalo on Sunday (5.15pm).
