A “callous and vicious” man has been jailed after being filmed by a pal having sex with a semi-conscious teenager who he had “deliberately humiliated and degraded”.

Judge Simon James told 21 year old Ezekiel Obasa: “Your conduct on this night was a disgrace.

“An obviously drunk young woman, who, at points, was clearly unconscious and unaware of what was going on, was taken advantage of.”

Obasa, who was acquitted of rape, had told a jury at Canterbury Crown Court how the 17-year-old had agreed to taking part in a sex act at a party in Gillingham.

But the judge told him he had continued with the sex act knowing she was unconscious – and was keen his pal Cameron Allen continue recording it.

Allen, 19, from Ryde Close, Chatham was also found not guilty of rape but admitted supplying the film footage to Obasa.

The judge said: “You were actively encouraging what was going on and you were laughing and clearly amused by the victim’s ritual humiliation

They were told by the judge: “I have no difficulty in concluding you both wanted events filmed to ensure this woman’s humiliation was recorded.”

Obasa had admitted sexually assaulting his victim while giving evidence when the semi-naked girl was unconscious and had her breast groped.

The judge said a “braying group of teenagers” then mocked the “disorientated, scared and crying” victim.

And later after she woke up covered in vomit and had gone to the bathroom to get cleaned up, the vile Obasa urinated all over her head and legs.

Judge James added: “Bearing in mind the obvious distress and vulnerability of your victim, I cannot conceive a more serious offence of battery.”

He added that judges who drew up sentencing guidelines ”would not have had in mind such a cruel, degrading and calculated act”.

Obasa, of Upchurch, Essex had earlier admitted sexually assaulting the victim after grabbing her breast and later urinating over her in the toilet.

He also admitted breaching reporting rules by holidaying abroad and also having an “extreme porn” image on his phone of a man having sex with a chicken.

He was jailed for a total of three years and ordered to remain on the Sex Offender’s Register for 10 years.

And Allen received a nine month jail term suspended for two years and ordered to wear an electronic tag for the next three months.
