The photographs have been taken - now it's time for the voting to begin.

Nearly 500 children have been entered for our Kids Galore competition and you can see them in Friday's Medway Messenger.

In a change this year, we are running all the pictures in one special pull-out and it's not to be missed.

This is the 14th time we have run the competition and this year there is a record £4,000 prize money on offer thanks to our sponsors, Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre.

The competition is split into four age groups: 0 to six months; seven to 18 months; 19 months to three years and four to nine years.

All the youngsters visited photographer Melvin Sillcock during photo sessions at Hempstead Valley in February and March. Now they all have a chance to win a share of the cash.

You can vote as many times as you like but only via text or on an original voting form as published in the paper.

The three children who get the most votes in each category will be invited to a presentation at Hempstead Valley to find out who has won.

The category winners and the overall winner of Kids Galore 2011 will be decided by a panel of judges.
