Lewis Brooke, who is battling leukaemia, was taken to his prom by a convoy of sports cars.
The 10-year-old, from Gillingham, was diagnosed with cancer in 2014 but that has not stopped him working tirelessly for his charity Help Lewis Help Others.
His friends and family decided it was about time he enjoyed something for himself, so hit the internet to organise a cavalcade of sports cars to surprise him on the night of his prom.
His mum Debbie Brooke said: "It went mental, so many people messaged us wanting to help, normal people with these amazing cars just offered to come along."
In the end the youngster was met by a Lamborghini, a Jaguar and two Aston Martins to take him to Chatham Suburban Club.
Fellow pupils were shocked when Lewis, a Pride in Medway finalist, arrived in style.
Debbie added: "Everyone went crazy, chanting his name as he showed up in the Lamborghini, he was like a celebrity.
"He had the time of his life, he woke up the next morning with a huge smile on his face."
Mrs Brooke, thanked friends Tasha Wotherspoon and Cassie Felton who helped organise the surprise for Lewis and said it would not have been possible without them.
Lewis' spectacular prom arrival follows in the footsteps of Strood schoolboy Oakley Orange, who almost lost his life to a condition that causes the skin to burn from the inside.
