Part of the coastbound carriageway of the M2 was closed after a vehicle collided with the central reservation yesterday afternoon.

The crash happened between junction two for Strood and junction three for Chatham at about 5pm.

One lane was shut while the Peugeot 106 was recovered. The driver was not hurt.
