Paul Moore, Queensway, Sheerness charged with attempting to groom a teenager

A 33-year-old man has been charged with attempting to groom a girl under the age of 16.

Paul Moore, 33, Queensway, Sheerness, was arrested at 7.10pm on Friday at Chatham Train Station.

He was charged with the offences the following day.

He was arrested on Friday.

Police arrested him after he was confronted by Protecting Kids Online UK who live-streamed a meeting with Moore on their Facebook page.

They accused him of waiting to meet a girl he had been in contact with online.

Moore has been remanded in custody to appear before Medway Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
