A man has denied murdering his partner at their home.
Benjamin Bowler, 40, will now go on trial in the summer after Kelly Price was found dead in the couple's house in Richmond Road in Gillingham.
The trial, which is expected to last two weeks, will take place at Maidstone Crown Court on July 6.
Ms Price was found dead at the property in Richmond Road, Gillingham on January 16.
An inquest into her death opened last month and heard a post-mortem found the 39-year-old died as a result of compressions to the neck.
