Police close Crow Lane in Rochester after man stabbed

A road was closed after a man was stabbed this morning.

Police were called to Crow Lane, Rochester, close to the high street, after a man was found with a stab wound.

It is alleged he was assaulted in the road in the early hours before making his way to Blue Boar Lane where police and the ambulance service were called.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital with injuries which are not life threatening.

Crow Lane was closed from Vine Lanes to the high street earlier this morning but has now reopened.

No arrests have been made but officers are currently investigating the incident.
