A man has been taken to hospital after a van and two cars collided in front of a Halloween-themed home.
Officers and paramedics attended the scene in Lower Rainham Road, Gillingham, at 2.30pm, where other two men received medical attention.
A police spokesman said: "Officers and ambulance attended the scene where two men were treated for minor injuries.
"One was taken to a local hospital for further medical attention."
Tracy Ferguson was one of the drivers who slowly drove past the Halloween home to see its decorations.
She was on the way back from a nearby pumpkin patch with her children when she saw a man lying down on the floor and a few police cars in the area.
She said: "What I think happened is that one car slowed down to look at the attraction and someone in the van hit it on the back side – because everyone was just looking at the big spider in the house.
"I saw a gentleman on the floor with some blood around his face and paramedics were taking care of him before an ambulance took him away. But he didn't seem to have any life-threatening injuries. He seemed to be aged over 60.
"I counted three police cars and there was a lot of commotion. People were getting out of their homes to see what was going on."
"I didn't see the moment the crash happened, just the man on the floor."
Officers have since left the scene.
