Traffic is queuing after a crash involving multiple vehicles on the M2.

The accident was between junction 5 for the A249 at Sittingbourne and junction 4 for Gillingham on the London-bound carriageway.

The outside lane was closed while the accident was dealt with but has since reopened.

Police and the ambulance service have been approached for a comment.
