The jury in the Harjit Chaggar murder trial will resume their fourth day of deliberations this morning (Tuesday).
The 11 men and women, who have been listening to evidence for the past eight weeks, retired to consider their verdicts last Wednesday (April 30).
Before that, the jurors asked to visit the former Sani Globe food store in Luton Road, Chatham, where Mrs Chaggar’s body was found on September 14, for a second time.
Mohammed Islam, 28, of Windmill Road, Gillingham; Abdul Hannan, 44, of Aldon Close, Maidstone; and Murshed Miah, 38, of Wheeler Street, Maidstone, deny murdering Mrs Chaggar and preventing her burial or cremation.
A forth defendant, Rasad Miah, 27, of Otway Street, Chatham, has also pleaded not guilty to preventing her burial or cremation.
