A person has been taken to hospital after collapsing along a busy main road.

Ambulance services were called to Chatham Hill, Chatham, following reports of a medical incident.

Crews attended at 9.25am today and were joined by an air ambulance.

The patient was assessed, treated, and taken to Medway Maritime Hospital.
