Police called to Payden's, Rochester High Street, to deal with 'abusive customer'

Police were called to a pharmacy after reports of an abusive customer knocking items off the shelf.

Officers headed to Payden's pharmacy in Rochester High Street yesterday afternoon.

Officers were called to Rochester High Street after reports a man was being abusive to staff at a chemist

They were told a man had been verbally abusing staff and making a disturbance, before leaving.

Police spokesman James Walker said: "Officers have attended the scene and are conducting ongoing inquiries to locate the man involved."

The pharmacy was contacted but did not want to comment.
