Police and ambulance in Pentagon shopping centre, Chatham after reports of concern for man

Police were called after shoppers at a town centre complex raised concerns for a man's welfare.
Officers arrived at the Pentagon centre in Chatham at around 3.45pm yesterday following the reports.
They attended alongside the South East Coast Ambulance Service and the man was later placed into the care of medical professionals.
