Detectives investigating a report of a sexual assault have renewed their appeal for information.

The offence is reported to have occurred on July 8, in Tunbury Wood, off Tunbury Avenue, Walderslade, at around 12:30pm.

A 16-year-old girl reported that she was approached from behind as she walked through the woodland, and was sexually assaulted.

Last week officers released a computer generated image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
