Man arrested after police called to Richmond Road in Gillingham after 'assault'

A man has been arrested after reports someone was assaulted at a home in Richmond Road, Gillingham.
Police confirmed they were called to the scene at around 4.50pm.
A spokesman said: "The South East Coast Ambulance Service also attended and a man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
"Officers are carrying out enquiries to establish the circumstances."
Witnesses said three police cars and an ambulance were spotted at the scene.
