Controversial MP, writer and radio host George Galloway will join members of the Question Time panel in Medway tonight.
The BBC’s topical debate programme will broadcast from a location in Gillingham.
Also on the programme, in which political figures and social luminaries answer questions posed by the public, will be former Labour cabinet member Dame Tessa Jowell, skills and enterprise minister Matthew Hancock MP, economist Prof Alison Wolf of King’s College London and historian David Starkey.
Mr Galloway, renowned for his extravagant oratory style, is no stranger to courting controversy in the public eye.
The MP for Bradford West has had a remarkable career, cutting a divisive figure in spheres as diverse as Westminster and the Celebrity Big Brother House.
Dame Tessa, who was Labour’s minister for the Olympics, has had her share of unwanted limelight. She was a successful member of both the Tony Blair and Gordon Brown cabinets, but her career was brought into jeopardy when her husband David Mills was investigated in Italy for alleged tax fraud and money laundering.
