A Taco Bell is coming to Kent.

The American fast food chain is to open in the county after Medway Council approved a change of use application.

It means a branch run by franchisee Mayooran Senthilmani will move in to the vacant Wok N Go unit at Chatham Dockside, Maritime Way.

The restaurant is set to open at Chatham Dockside

It'll be the first Taco Bell in the county and one of only a few across the UK, although the chain previously pulled out of talks to move in to Dartford.

The eatery is set to create 12 full-time and 20 part-time jobs and serve food from 11am to 11pm every day.
