Strood: Hunt for gang who attacked teenage girl in Knight Road

Police are hunting for a gang of youths, who are believed to have been wearing masks, who attacked a teenage girl in Strood.

Officers were called to Priory Road at around 5.15pm on Thursday where it was claimed the group of teenage boys assaulted the girl before running away.

A Kent Police spokesperson said: "Officers have carried out a number of enquiries however no suspects have yet been identified.

A woman saying she was the girl's mother claimed the 14-year-old was "pinned up against a fence, and punched several times by lads wearing hoodies and masks before they ran off down the residential road, smith street , leading to Tesco."
