Drugs seized and two arrested at cannabis factory in Rochester

A cannabis factory has been discovered by police in High Halstow, near Rochester.

Officers conducted a search under warrant today and were accompanied by officers from the RSPCA.

They found a quantity of cannabis that had been harvested and hung in nets to dry

A 41-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis.

An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of cannabis and for animal cruelty offences.

Three dogs were seized and taken away by the RSPCA.
