Two men arrested in Rochester for stealing a car

Two men have been arrested after being found with a stolen car in Rochester.
Police received reports that the car was being driven on the A2 coast-bound near Strood.
Officers from Kent Police’s Dog and Roads Policing Unit stopped the car at 11.12pm on August 29 on Star Hill.
A 25-year-old man from Walthamstow was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and dangerous driving.
A 26-year-old man also from Walthamstow, was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and possession of cannabis.
The car theft has been passed on to Hertfordshire Police to investigate.
