Coronavirus Kent: Wellbeing packages delivered to children across Medway by the Moat Foundation during Covid-19 lockdown

More than 80 wellbeing packages have been delivered to young people to help them stay positive during the lockdown.
The Moat Foundation, which is the charitable arm of housing association Moat Homes, sent them out across Medway.
It was working with partner, Strengthening Minds, after its hubs had to stop youth sessions which promoted resilience and positive behaviour.
The foundation's Medway hub is in Gillingham.
Strengthening Minds works with young people to help them improve behaviour and life chances.
The 88 packages include games, activities, a journal and a wellbeing booklet to keep children engaged and positive.
Mum Katie Tilcock said: "The boxes are amazing, so much thought has gone into them, the children are beaming."
The foundation runs five community hubs in Kent, Essex and London, with its head, Mumtaz Samad, saying: “The team at Strengthening Minds have taken this simple idea forward and made it into something quite amazing."
