New properties in the latest phase of a 1,000-home village development have been completed.
Work has now ended on the 115 houses and apartments in Peters Village on the banks of the River Medway.
Housebuilders Bellway said all the homes completed – a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom houses and one and two-bedroom apartments – have already been sold.
The village near Wouldham is part of a new community built by several developers.
The latest phase – called Buckland Rise – by Bellway has been made up of 79 homes on the open market and 46 for rent or shared ownership schemes following the developer's first estate – Portland Gardens – which was completed in 2019.
Once the new village is built, on the eastern side of the river, it will also boast a new medical centre, primary school, community hall and sports fields and a nature reserve which will be looked after by Kent Wildlife Trust.
Mark Harrop, sales director for Bellway Kent, said: "The homes at Portland Gardens were very popular and sold quickly and the development at Buckland Rise has seen us build on that momentum and continue to meet the high level of demand for homes in the area."
The developer is also building new homes six miles away at King's Hill.
