Police have found a missing 16-year-old boy safe and well.

The teenager was last seen in the New Road area of Chatham on Monday (March 24) at around 1.30pm.

Police issued an appeal to help find him, but have now confirmed he has been found safe.

Officers thanked those who shared the appeal.
