Armed police have arrested a pensioner after they received calls of a man with a weapon.

Police officers remain at the scene of a disturbance in The Street, Upper Halling, Rochester, following a call at 3.42pm.

Armed officers attended the address where a man in his 80s was arrested.

No injuries were reported and inquiries are ongoing.
