Emergency services were called to a blaze near a railway line this morning.

Huge smoke clouds billowed from an overgrown area in Gun Lane, Strood.

Three bins and up to 10 vehicles were alight when crews arrived at 6am this morning.

No injuries have been reported and the cause of the fire is currently unknown.

Police attended the scene to conduct initial inquiries.
