A man has been charged with attempted murder after a stabbing in a garden.

Police were called after the incident at a property in Lordswood, Chatham on Tuesday night.

It is alleged Jamie Dunn stabbed another man who was known to him at a house in Fir Tree Grove, shortly after 10pm on November 3.

Dunn, 31, of North Street, Sittingbourne, is due to appear before Medway magistrates this morning.

The victim, a man in his 30s, was taken to a London hospital following the incident, but has since been discharged.
