Boxing legends showed their support for the opening of a new gym.
Johnny Armour has launched Armour Plated Boxing in Chatham.
The ex-bantam and flyweight boxer was training future fighters from a shed in his garden last May.
But now Johnny has launched his gym, at 38 Second Avenue, with help from S Garrett & Son's building services, H-Langdon steel work, Robert Beck & Sons, BW Plant Hire equipment rental, Vistavis Ltd and Tommy James Ltd.
He was joined at the opening by ex-boxer and current referee Ian John Lewis, who has officiated bouts for Anthony Joshua, Dillian Whyte, Joseph Parker, Vitali Klitschko, Tony Bellew and Shannon Briggs.
Ex-super middleweight boxing champion James Cook MBE and ex-Olympic boxer Sylvester "The Master Blaster" Mittee were also in attendance to show their support for Johnny's new venture.
Johnny said: "It went really well, I was so surprised how many people turned up, it was great to see everyone.
"Everyone there really enjoyed themselves, it was great to see and lots of people were there.
"The place is getting filled up more and more every day. There were people signing up on the day and we're nearly at capacity."
He estimated around 150 people were at the opening last Saturday and is already planning future events for the gym.
