TRAFFIC delays are expected in Medway as one of its busiest routes is reduced to a single lane.

The partial closure of the Wainscott bypass in Medway is taking place to allow highway maintenance between the A226 Strood - Gravesend junction and the M2 at Three Crutches.

Work will be done between 9.30am and 3pm and is expected to be completed by Friday.
