Competitive cooks in Medway are being urged to enter the Channel 4 show Come Dine With Me.

The producers are looking for people to join the popular reality programme, with a chance of winning £1,000.

The show, which sees five contestants go head to head to create the best dinner party over five days, was previously in Medway in 2011.

Viewers might remember experimental cook Nina Gaskell who served up cucumbers stuffed with corned beef.

The other contestants were barmaid Laura Leibo, police worker Esther Kennedy, mortgage adviser Michael Dodsworth and art graduate Patrick Fysh.

The programme is looking individuals in Chatham and Gillingham, as well as Maidstone, Sittingbourne and Tonbridge. They are also looking for couples from Dartford.
