A WOMAN has issued a desperate plea to help trace the brother she has not seen for more than 15 years.
June Bruneski, formerly Miller, used to live in the Medway area and now lives in Calgary, Canada. She has not seen her brother Richard since she was 16, and would dearly love to be reunited with him.
She believes he is still living in the Medway area. She appealed for help last year but no information about him materialised. She is now trying again in the hope she can meet him when she visits England later this year.
June said: "Both Richard and I were typical teenagers and left home early to find our own way in life. I was just 16 at the time and have not seen him since then."
June is planning to come back to Medway next summer for a family celebration and is hoping she can contact Richard so she can rekindle the family connection.
Richard Darren Miller was born on Christmas Eve 1968, and grew up with his family in High Halstow. He attended High Halstow Primary School and then went on to the Hundred of Hoo School.
As far as the family is aware Richard also lived in the Orpington and Dartford areas. June added: "Richard used to be interested in mechanics and heavy goods vehicles, so he may now work in the motor industry.
"He will be 35 this year, so I think its about time we reformed our families ties. It will mean so much to me and my three children who have never met their uncle."
